A 'White Night'

White Nights

Read it if you have ever loved and lost...
If loved but not lost then am sure you have been through the fear of losing...

And if you have never loved then you can never feel the soul of this book!!

The grey cloudy sky of London.. the electric blue structures and aura of Russia... sitting next to the window with rain drops moving in a trickle...

Remembering the good old days.. even though they were not much better than now.. they still seemed to be freer than today.. with lesser baggage and loads of memories to carry!!

That's what 'White Nights' of Petersburg makes you feel...

A love which happens when two people are lonely... looking for love or on a rebound... Is it a need or is it attraction?

An if this love is unfulfilled.. we either hate that person who left us.. or cherish the beautiful memories of whatever little time it was for a life time...

Some excerpts from the book...
I don't know how to be silent when my heart is speaking. – Page 7
The dreamer – if you want an exact definition – is not a human being, but a creature of an intermediate sort. For the most part he settles in some inaccessible corner, as though hiding from the light of the day; once he slips into his corner, he grows to it like a snail, or, anyway, he is in that respect very much like that remarkable creature, which is an animal and a house both at once, and is called a tortoise. – Page 14
Oh, if only he were you!...Oh, if only, you were he!......Page 48
